Orders ship from Austria. Please choose untracked or tracked shipping at checkout.

 

Untracked shipping does not include shipment tracking. Choose tracked shipping if you would like to follow your parcel’s progress.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow at least one week for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Postal delivery time is additional and varies by destination.

International orders may experience delays during transport or customs clearance. Please allow extra time for US deliveries. Arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracked shipping lets you follow your shipment’s progress; it does not guarantee faster delivery.

Any applicable import duties or taxes are separate from the shipping charge.
